Saddle Oak brings a warm saddle brown oak look to Shaw's Traditions luxury vinyl plank line. The color shows medium brown boards with visible oak character, giving the floor a more familiar wood visual without relying on heavy rustic character. It works well for busy family areas where a warm, familiar oak tone makes sense.
Traditions is a WPC luxury vinyl plank built in a narrower 5 in. x 48 in. format with 8 mm total thickness. Each plank includes a 20 mil wear layer, EVA attached pad, micro bevel and ScufResist Platinum finish for everyday residential use. The product can be installed as a floating floor or direct glued over approved substrates, and it is approved for above, on or below grade rooms.

It is not the best match for buyers looking for a pale natural oak or a cool gray plank, and direct sunlight, poor subfloor flatness or heavy rolling loads should be addressed before installation.
