Getting a Shipping Quote

We offer shipping quotes during the checkout process, before asking for payment details, without requiring a login for most products. These quotes are based on an LTL freight carrier. In some situations, we might find a better shipping rate for you, so don't hesitate to contact us for a more precise quote.

Estimated Delivery Time

The "Estimated Ship Date" is an initial estimate until we can confirm that the stock for your order can be readily allocated from our warehouse. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Feel free to contact us before placing your order to check on the manufacturer's stock availability or potential backorder timelines. In most cases, we have the stock readily available. If a backorder period is longer than acceptable for your purchase, we will provide a full refund.

We special order every item we sell from the manufacturers, ensuring you always receive top-quality products with a full warranty from Znet Flooring. This process means that if a local flooring company tells you a floor is out of stock, discontinued, or dropped, it's likely we will also have difficulty locating it. But due to our extensive manufacturer connections, we've had some success in the past. It's always worth contacting us - not only can we potentially locate your product, but our prices are often more competitive!

  • Orders received are processed on the next business day. If your order only includes "In-Stock for Immediate Delivery" items, it will generally ship 2-5 business days after processing. If your order includes items marked as "Ships in 2-5 business days" or "Ships in 5-7 business days", we kindly ask that you allow the designated time for these items to reach our warehouse. Once we receive your items, your order will be prepared for shipping and dispatched to you or the pick-up warehouse the following business day.
  • When your order ships, we will send you an email containing tracking information and the name of the freight carrier managing your shipment. For any orders not shipped via UPS or FedEx, the freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.
  • Upon leaving our warehouse, the exact delivery date and time depend on the freight carrier's schedule. Rest assured, tracking information will be made available to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Our Delivery Process

  • Orders weighing less than 150 lbs. might be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground.
  • All our freight shipments require your presence – we need your signature. Delivery cannot proceed unless an adult is available at the shipping address during the scheduled delivery window set by the shipping company.

If a responsible adult is not available at the time of delivery, or if the freight carrier cannot reach you to arrange a delivery appointment, your order may incur additional shipping and storage fees.

  • Freight shipments will be unloaded curbside. You are responsible for moving the materials from this point. Delivery personnel cannot enter a customer's home under any circumstances.
  • If you need assistance moving the shipment into your home, you are responsible for making these arrangements; our delivery personnel cannot assist with this.
