Chocolate Oak brings a dark chocolate brown oak look to Shaw's Traditions luxury vinyl plank line. The color shows subtle oak lines with a deeper stained appearance, giving the floor a more familiar wood visual without relying on heavy rustic character. It works well for dining rooms, offices and living spaces that can handle a darker floor color.
Traditions is a WPC luxury vinyl plank built in a narrower 5 in. x 48 in. format with 8 mm total thickness. Each plank includes a 20 mil wear layer, EVA attached pad, micro bevel and ScufResist Platinum finish for everyday residential use. The product can be installed as a floating floor or direct glued over approved substrates, and it is approved for above, on or below grade rooms.

Best Fit
Chocolate Oak is a strong fit when the project needs a durable WPC vinyl plank with a traditional wood look, attached pad and flexible installation options. It is not the best match for small rooms where a lighter, brighter floor is needed, and direct sunlight, poor subfloor flatness or heavy rolling loads should be addressed before installation.
