30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Enjoy a 30-day, money-back guarantee (excluding shipping costs and restocking fees). Restocking fees can be refunded if specific conditions are met – see below.
Return Policy
- Returns require minimum quanties which vary per manufacturer.
- Most manufacturers require a minimum of 6 cartons of flooring.
- Shaw, Coretec, Philadelphia, and Anderson Tuftex products have a minimum of 250 sq. ft.
- The manufacturer must approve the return and policies sometimes change without notice.
- Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- Returns on moldings, sundries, or accessories are not accepted.
- Returns can take some time due to waiting for the manufacturer to issue a return authorization (RA).
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Materials must be returned to the manufacturer's nearest warehouse.
- Znet may be able to quote rates and assist in arranging the pick up and return on your behalf.
- Must confirm the pick up location is suitable for an 18-wheeler semi-truck.
- Product must be properly packed and wrapped on a pallet.
- The pallet must be near where the semi-truck has to park and accessible to the driver using a pallet jack.
- If not immediately adjacent the carrier may not be able to load or may charge extra.
- The RA and BOL must both be attached to the pallet and handed to the driver.
- Znet cannot guarentee pick up days or time windows.
- Znet is not responsible for missed pick ups.
- LTL carriers have unpredictible days and can be early, late, or even miss the pick up entirely.
- If a Znet arranged pick up is missed, Znet will attempt to reschedule timely and may suggest a different carrier.
- Some products may have a $300 return to warehouse fee.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Rug returns have specific criteria – see below.
Refunds on Shipping & Restocking Fees
- A replacement order of equal or greater value from the same manufacturer as the returned product must be placed.
- Return items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- The entire order must be returned; partial returns won't qualify for shipping credit.
- Credit from the manufacturer can take a few weeks after product return.
- Returns of replacement orders don't qualify for refunded restocking and shipping fees.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Orders less than 6 cartons or under 250 sq. ft. for specific brands.
- Products labeled “DISCONTINUED”, “SPECIAL GOODS”, "clearance", or "unreturnable".
- Moldings, Trim Pieces, Treads, tools, accessories, sundries, cleaning or installation supplies, unless defective.
- Custom-made or cut to size items.
Rug Return Policy
- Intent for return must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Rug must be returned within 7 days after receiving return authorization.
- It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Restocking fees of 25-35% apply.
Damaged Items
Inspect your shipment for damage or missing items upon delivery. Document any issues on the delivery paperwork and contact Znet Flooring immediately at (725) 201-0303. Ensure to keep all packaging and damaged materials. Refused shipments are subject to specific conditions.
