Trowel: Flash time is 10-30 minutes. Adhesive will darken slightly to visually cue the installer. Working time up to 2.5 hours. Adhesive transfer required. Roll flooring with a minimum 75 lb. three section floor roller. 3/8” Nap Roller: Flash time is 20-40 minutes. Allow M-Grip™ to darken and become tacky. 2.5 hours working time. Curing Time: Mannington M-Grip™ has an approximate 12 cure time. 24 hours for heavy traffic and 48 hours for rolling load traffic. Exact cure time varies with temperature, humidity and porosity of materials/substrates. Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Mannington M-Grip™ should be stored at temperatures between 50-90°F (15-32°C). While this product is freeze-thaw stable, it is necessary to protect it from freezing. Freeze/ thaw stable to 10°F (-12°C). Shelf life is two years on properly stored unopened containers; storing at elevated temperatures will reduce shelf life. Two year shelf life (unopened)
