Application Instructions:
Follow Mannington’s guidelines for layout, design and any special precautions for installation.
1. Spread adhesive using required tools.
2. Install flooring per specific flooring type instructions. (flash and working times dependent upon temperature and humidity).
Trowel: Flash time is 10-30 minutes. Adhesive will darken slightly to visually cue the installer. Working time up to 2.5 hours. Adhesive transfer required. Roll flooring with a minimum 75 lb. three section floor roller.
3/8” Nap Roller: Flash time is 20-40 minutes. Allow M-Grip™ to darken and become tacky. 2.5 hours working time.
Curing Time:
Mannington M-Grip™ has an approximate 12 cure time. 24 hours for heavy traffic and 48 hours for rolling load traffic.
Exact cure time varies with temperature, humidity and porosity of materials/substrates.
Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Mannington M-Grip™ should be stored at temperatures between 50-90°F (15-32°C). While this product is freeze-thaw stable, it is necessary to protect it from freezing. Freeze/ thaw stable to 10°F (-12°C). Shelf life is two years on properly stored unopened containers; storing at elevated temperatures will reduce shelf life. Two year shelf life (unopened)
