Engineered Floors PureGrain High-Def - American Standard - Maui D2026-6210
Maui is the richer, warmer brown option in this American Standard group. Caramel, cinnamon-brown, and deeper grain accents create a more pronounced wood look than the collection's pale neutrals, while the color remains lighter than a traditional espresso floor. Knots and tonal changes give the planks an active but still usable level of movement.
PureGrain High-Def places the high-resolution design directly on a high-density SPC rigid core. Digital Emboss Lite coordinates surface texture with the printed image, and a natural bevel frames each 7 x 48 inch plank. The 5 mm construction includes an attached pad and is assembled as a floating angle-lock floor.
Performance, Construction and Key Benefits
- Caramel and cinnamon-brown tones provide a warm medium-depth visual with clear grain definition.
- Thirty-five individual plank patterns spread knots and color shifts across the floor with less obvious repetition.
- Waterproof rigid vinyl construction is intended for approved indoor applications at on-grade, above-grade, and below-grade levels.
- Evertuff Clearcoat, Digital Emboss Lite, and an AC3/20 mil-equivalent rating form the collection's surface package.
- Attached underlayment supports quieter footfall and removes the need for an additional cushioned layer.
- Cartons cover 22.16 square feet; warranty terms include lifetime residential, waterproof, wear, and pet-stain coverage, 15-year PawPrint coverage, and a 10-year commercial warranty.
Installation, Care and Buyer Considerations
Follow the current guide for flatness, moisture testing, vapor-barrier use, expansion gaps, and angle-lock assembly, and mix planks from several cartons as work progresses. Sweep or vacuum without a beater bar, use furniture protectors, and damp mop with a pH-neutral resilient-floor cleaner. Maui brings noticeably more warmth and contrast than the lighter colors, so evaluate a physical sample if the room already contains red, orange, or dark brown finishes.
