A Reducer is usually used when transitioning to floors of lower hieght, such as sheet vinyl or bare concrete. Sometimes it is reversed and used creatively against floors that are higher. Also occasionally used against fixed objects such as fireplaces or sliding glass doors. Measuring 94 inches in length, it is ideal for larger spaces that demand longer sections. I live in Oregon :( & I ordered two COREtec vinyl transition/round stair nose pieces on line on Monday, June 29, 2026. Both items are 94" long. Later in the same day I called customer service just to confirm both items were in stock. The customer service rep. was great!
