Madrid Oak brings medium brown tones with caramel highlights to the Pro Plus Enhanced collection, offering warmth without sacrificing performance. Each plank measures 9.05 inches wide by 72.83 inches long and has a 6.5 mm total thickness comprising a 5 mm solid polymer core (SPC) and a 1.5 mm cork underlayment. The SPC core delivers commercial-grade durability and excellent resistance to dents and impacts. A 20-mil wear layer coated with UV acrylic provides superior protection against scratches and stains, while enhanced painted bevels and realistic texture create authentic wood visuals.
Pro Plus Enhanced floors install easily via floating or glue-down methods and can be placed on, above or below grade without acclimation. The attached cork underlayment enhances sound absorption and comfort underfoot. Madrid Oak carries a lifetime residential warranty and a 15-year heavy-commercial warranty, offering peace of mind for high-traffic environments.

Installation & Maintenance
Install Madrid Oak planks using the angle-tap locking system for a floating installation or by applying an appropriate adhesive for direct-glue applications. Maintain stable indoor temperatures during installation and follow guidelines for expansion gaps. For cleaning, sweep or vacuum regularly and damp-mop with clean water; avoid steam cleaners and harsh chemicals. Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entryways to prolong the finish. Madrid Oak's robust SPC core and durable wear layer make it an excellent choice for busy households and commercial settings.
